My device was working fine and a couple of months ago. My drive is now shown as “offline”. I get “windows can’t access disk…disk might be corrupt” when I click on it on my computer.
So far I’ve tried:
- Restart computer(s), hard drive and router
- Uninstalled and re-installed my cloud home app (both in computer(s) and phone
- Press and hold reset button
There is a solid white light when I plug it in.
Any help is appreciated. I’m even thinking of taking out the hard drive and hope I can get something out of it.
