My Cloud Home 4TB - Incorrect time zone setting

Hi everyone,

The date/time on the photos backed up form my iPhone 16 Pro are “shifted” 8 hours ahead of the actual photo taken time. I thought it might be error or incorrect time zone setting, but don’t know how to adjust the time zone setting on the device since there is no “time setting” option in the “settings” page of either the IOS App or the desktop web page. The problem only exists on the photos taken from my iPhone, there is no problem for those photos that were sent to me via Whatsapp or email.

I have alredy raised this to the WD technical support in Dec 2025, but they only said the issue had been escalated to the Engineering Department, no further response up to now.

My firmware eversion is 9.9.0-102.

Anyone experienced the same issue?
