My Cloud Home 4TB Dashboard can't be accessed

I run my cloud home drive on a Dhcp network so getting the IP and mapping the drive locally to my systems (windows 10 & 7) is quite easy. I can find the drive too with WD discovery. My main problem is getting access to the dashboard on the the drive and be able to assign static IP.
If I use the IP assign to the drive on my browsers by my router I get this error {“key”:“notFound”,“message”:“Not Found”}. What can I do?
