Couldn’t find the original 9-digit code on Quick Start Guide (been two years since setting it up). How do I reformat & restart with new WD MyCloud Mac OS /iOS utilities?

I don’t think he has a My Cloud home. He said he’s had this for 2 years which is before the product existed. Also, the MCH has a copy of the code on the label if I recall correctly.
