My Cloud file problems

I am using MyCloud to play films on my Samsung TV to connected via my BT Home Hub.

Transferring files to the NAS work fine, I can see and play all files from my Mac. However some of the files cannot be seen by the Samsung TV.  I thought this strange and unplugged the NAS. Upon rebooting all the files could be seen and played by the TV.

Rebooting isn’t a problem but surly theres a better way of managing this.  Anyone able to help please?

I don’t understand. The NAS is a MYCloud.
