My Cloud failed data volume mount

Following a reboot via web ui my 4TB My Cloud, FW version 4.05.00-342 refuses to cooperate. The drive has a solid red light and I get the message Data Volume Failed to Mount. I used the reboot function due to the drive acting sluggish, showing some files in wrong folders and hanging a small file upload. I don’t see any of my files. Any suggestion of how to recover?
