My cloud EX4100 i can't connect to it

Dear All,
During configuration for ip Static i put wrong Vlan1, but not i can’t to it.
I try to reset it by button reset for 5 sec has reset network setting, but not solved the issue.
I try to ping the default ip is in cloud but is not possible.
I connected directly computer to my cloud EX4100 via Ethernet cable.
Can you help without lost data to recover it.
