MY cloud EX4 span volume error... what should I do

I am a big fan of WD systems. I have been used to use WD EX4 almost 9years.
During that time I didn’t have any trouble.
But I started having trouble with insufficient storage issue.
So I replaced 4 HDD to 14tb 4 HDD. And I made it one big “SPAN” volume…
And I uploaded my data on my NAS. My data was about 15TB. It wasn’t big enough to full my NAS.

But just 1 week after I found 4th drive was having bad status.
I could connect the NAS drive on windows, and I took out the 4th drive on my windows system for Crystal diskscan. It was no bad issude has been found. But I ordered another same HDD model for replace.

And that time I made huge mistake…
I took out the bad 4th HDD and put it on my PC. and delete the partition and formatted…
I thought with or without 4th HDD, the NAS would work properly…
But… I can’t connect NAS drive or share anymore. And on dashboard on my EX4 said
“No Configured Volumes”
“Setup a RAID Mode to configure new RAID Volume(s) on this device.”

I put back 4th HDD on NAS… but same message showed it again…

I bought 4 same model HDD…And I put them all on NAS and made it span volume.
And I put my old 1st and 2nd and 3rd hdd on my NAS and put 4th New hdd…
I hoped it worked… but no way… It’s gone… I just cant connect the volume or drive…

So Is there anyway I could do?
This is my idea…
Made 1 span volume again… must be all the data got deleted…
But with program like EaseUS Data recovery and connect NAS drive…
Can I recover the data…? What do you think…
I am…in mental breakdown…I have collected the data almost 10years…

Please advise… I deadly need help…

I would recommend these two programs:
