My MyCloud Ex4 has recently encountered an issue while updating the FW. The update is stuck at 71% with no progress afterwards. Also the unit is displaying the following: “lcd firmware upgrade, don’t start or stop the EX4”. Due to this, I haven’t power cycled the unit yet to try and resolve this issue. Please let me know what I should do to resolve this issue and get back to enjoying my MyCloud Ex4.
A stalled firmware update is a delicate issue that requires dedicated guidance from WD Support.
