Hi,
We’ve had the Xbox and storage linked for many years, but recently on the Xbox app, going through the ‘folder’ view it’s started showing that all the files are duplicated.
This isn’t visible on any other device/app used to access the files on My Cloud. There are 4 versions of every file on there according to the Xbox app, and it plays them all one after the other. I can’t see how to fix it when only the Xbox app is showing it.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get around this? It’s driving me up the wall!
