I have a 8TB My Cloud EX2100 and the fan is not working anymore. I tried to take it apart but stopped after I got the chassis off since I am unsure how to move forward. can anyone point me to a manual or a video on how to remove the fan so I can get the part number and also replace it? please let me know. thank you.
