Hello All,
since a couple of days I have not Cloud connectivity on my My Cloud EX2 Ultra OS5. I can see it in my LAN, all devices have internet access, but I cannot make Cloud connectivity active (even from App I cannot see my My Cloud EX2 Ultra ).
BTW: from web browser’s HOME page, it says there is 0 kB free (while 2 days ago it was more than 3 Tb free). From Diagnostic, HDs seem ok. Firmware is 5.32.102.
