My Cloud EX2 Ultra - Milestone ARCUS not available?

I just purchased the MyCloudl EX2 Ultra specifically for the purpose of using the Milestone ARCUS software that comes with it. However, when I go under the apps section, that is not an app that is available to install?

Can someone direct me on how to get that installed on my device?

I realise this is an old post, but the link no longer works. Is it possible to load “Milestone Arcus” on a WD EX2 Ultra?

Alternatively, is there another similar app?
