My Cloud EX2 Ultra disappeared from the LAN network

My Cloud EX2 Ultra has disappeared from the list of network devices.
I have access to it through a mobile device and web browser but it has disappeared from the LAN network.
I made a reset (40 sec.) I reinstalled applications (WD access) on my computer (windows 10). However, this did not help, I still do not have access to the disk from a desktop computer.

Any advice?

Unfortunately I have not received any answer. I also wrote to support with this problem but I have not received any answer for this day.
When I learn something, I will write in this thread.

After entering the settings from this article, the disk appeared in the network list

In my case it did not quite help.
The disk is visible on the list, but I still do not have access to it from my desktop computer. When trying to open it, error access appears.

I will inform if the problem can be solved.
