My Cloud EX2 Ultra - Constant High RAM & memory utilization

Hi there,

Up until now, I used to have my EX2 Ultra constantly on. I decided to change the Power Schedule and switch it off overnight and then turn back on in the morning.

Anytime it turns back on, you can hear the drives running at high speed , usually what you would normally hear when you are copying something over for example. However, it never stops. I am not streaming , copying or accessing the drive in anyway. Its been like this for a week. I have

  1. Rebooted the drive - no difference
  2. Powered it for a day - no difference
  3. Changed the schedule back to leaving it on - no difference

Points to note

  1. 8TB with 2.5TB free
  2. I only use it for Plex, ITunes and storage

As seen below

  1. RAM is running at 74.62% - am not streaming or accessing the drive
  2. Process “restsdk-server” is running memory usage of 0.084.2%
  3. Process “docker” is running memory usage of 81.2%

Does anyone have any ideas? thanks
