I went to WD “Software and firmware download” page here:

But I could not find WD Sync for Mac or WD Access for Mac. The link gave me some “updater” instead.

It turns out the installer is inside the updater:
Right click the “updater” then select “Show Package Contents”
The installer is in the “Resources” folder:
There is no .dmg file as mentioned in the instruction.
Why has WD not revised the instructions??
