MY Cloud EX2 remote backup to My Cloud PR2100

I have one unit of My Cloud EX2 and one unit of MY Cloud PR2100. Both firmware are upgrade to 5.25.132. I need to use the remote backup function to backup the file from EX2 to PR2100. But once i create the remote backup job, the task is not running. I able to find the source from my EX2 and destination folder from PR2100. Is it port forwarding issue?

Hi,

I submit the case to the support already and still not yet reply. By the way, the current firmware is OS5 for remote backup instead of OS3. I just wonder here is it got anyone have try the remote backup to other My cloud device before?can share here
