We recently moved. When I set up our computer and attached My Cloud EX2 to our home network, there is a problem. Disk 1 never lights up. When I try to acces the device, my only options are: Wake this Device or Forget this Divice. Wake does not wake the device. I have removed the hard drives and reset them. I have completed a hard boot by pressing hte reset button. Any ides?
