My Cloud EX2 Disk capacity utilization consumed mysteriously

My drive capacity has been consumed mysteriously. It shows 13.4 TB used by “Other”.

I have deleted all of the files that I put on the drive.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

Is there any automatic backup or sync operation is going on the drive?

If not, Then you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this issue.

If you are using WD Sync it has a hidden history folder where it saves up to 5 versions of all the files you move or delete.I had the same issue. here is the path \MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA\Public.WDSyncHistory
once you are there just delete everything manually and that’s it
