My cloud ex2 Dashboard slow and always not reponding

Already update lastest firmware but problem still occured

Can i factory restore option system only for solve this issue?

I cannot do on dashboard so slow and stuck

All shares will be made Public, so you’ll have to make private.
Data is not deleted.

You mean data will be delete on public shared ?

We should change folder public shared to private shared before system only factory restore

but I cannot change to private shared because dashboard always not responding
