Hello There, it might be already answered, but after I finally see status of my cloud access as CONNECTED, I still can’t access my EX2 from home or from phone. Still getting message “can’t connect to device”. My router is TP-Link 1043nd, set for PnP. I tried to set EX2 different ways, now I think I have dynamic IP with ports 80,443. If I try to connect through Mycloud.com I get a message the device is offline. Any advice on this? Many thanks.
Mobile access is granted by means of the mobile app. Even though you can navigate to Mycloud.com via your phone’s browser, the connection will not be fruitful.
