My Cloud EX2 boot up issue

Having an issue with a EX2 RAID drive. When plugged into power, the power light is amber, then turns to blinking blue. The HD1 light is solid blue and then the HD2 light turns solid blue. The power light continues to blink blue for a second or two, then the unit turns off. I have a video of the sequence if thta would be helpful. Any ideas?

If one uses the forum search feature, magnifying glass icon top right, one will find a number of past discussions about EX2.

If one has an EX2 Ultra, which is a different device than the EX2 then see the OS5 (v5.x firmware) subforum for the EX Series (or move your post to that subforum).

Its possible the power supply for the My Cloud is going bad. If this is the case one may want to try contacting WD Support directly through the Support link at the top of the page.
