My cloud drive keeps retrying to spin up on power up

When I poer up mycloud the drive keeps trying to spin up. Eventually, red led comes on my cloud. I replace the drive with

the same results. If I connect the drive to a different contoller, it spins up correctly. Am I doing something wrong? Any help

would be great.

Hello,

Just for troubleshooting purposes, make sure the drive is plugged in to a wall outlet.
