My cloud does not connect on high sierra

hi, I have upgraded my imac to high sierra, and now my cloud won’t connect! the little light is yellow, i can see the drive on finder among the devices but I cannot access it. Tried it even with a different mac but it won’t connect.
I need to recover my data. can you help?

I don’t think that it is issue of high sierra version. It seems like it is you network connection related issue.
