My Cloud disapears from Windows Network

I set up the My Cloud and its directly connected via USB 4TB Elements drive but now it has disapeared from the FIle Manager in Windows.

How do I resolve this and get it back in to my Windows and manage it again?

FYI - It is visible in th eMy Cloud tool as is all its drives and shares.


have you tried a reset and/or power cycle?

I typed in the IP address and it showed up and was working fine…

Have you mapped the drive into your Windows file system?  That’s the easiest way of accessing it.
