My Cloud Device not found

Hi,

I have continual trouble to login and access files to/from my WDMyCloudMirror Gen2.

I have finally manage to find the ip address and access the Dashboard, but, I cannot see the files I have uploaded to it.

I have tried the POWER ON 4sec reset, and, the POWER OFF 40sec reset.

Still, I cannot see the HD on my network, when, I know it is there due to the ip address known and the Dashboard connect.

HELP PLEASE!!!
