My Cloud Desktop for mac displays a blank page

Hello,

Today I tried to login to WD My Cloud app on my iMac (10.13) to add another user, but after login into the server I just get a blank page.

I restarted the computer, reinstalled the app from mycloud.com but it does not change anything. When I login through the browser or android app I can log in without problem.

Please help !

They seem be happing problems AGAIN. I’m also having problems connecting to the My Cloud Home. Keeps saying server is offline, try again later…

thank you Kendebie, I don’t have any error message, just a blank window…but maybe its related…

ok so after talking with WD, it seems like WD My Cloud desktop app for mac is not available for the latest version os Apple OS, this is why it does not work. The only way to manage the server is through a browser…
