Can’t install after several day of trying to uninstall older version of the app because a newer version wouldn’t install. I was finally able to remove it with IObit Uninstaller. Great now for the reinstall of the newer version, not so great still won’t install and now I don,t have My Cloud Desktop …

@Grover_Bates Do you have the latest updates for Windows 10? If so you should have Version 1511 OS Build 10586.164.
