I run a Macbook Pro 15" screen with OX v 10.9.4
I have a very strage bug on the desktop app when I am in my home network.
Steps to recreate:
- Download and install the latest My Cloud Desktop App for My cloud
- Open the desktop app
- I am told it cannot locate any device on the network
- If I press the “OK” many times the error message fades away with each “ok” press and then once I have pressed ok on the error message enough times I can then see the desktop app and use it.
Any Ideas on how to fix this?
I have the My Cloud Mirror 4 TB.
Running the latest firmware.
