I have successfully uploaded file to that now deleted folder via WD Acces

Why are you using WD Access? Why not map the share into your file system?

I’d be tempted to login via SSH and have a look at the raw ext4 filesystem.

Missing files

Just fired up MusicBee to play some music. Then I noticed it came up with a long list of missing music, all in one sub-folder of my collection. File Explorer on two PCs shows the folder entirely empty. And my backup disc was also empty. Hmm… looked like something had deleted about 60 CDs worth of music from the folder. Odd. Thought I’d just log in and check via SSH. And, lo, all the missing music is still there… Just it’s not being shown via SMB… Currently copying to a duplicate, and to my …
