I am a novice user and I use a computer engineer - I have had apps for the basic MyCloud on my IPhone and my IPad for probably a year now, but my engineer came recently to re-link the backup (Seagate) drives and now the apps are crashing on large Word documents - in fact I think probably all large documents. I don’t use the Apps for anything else ie music etc. I just keep pdf or microsoft office documents usually.
Does anyone know why MyCloud now doesn’t like large documents on my IPhone/IPad (I read something that said clear the cache on the IPhone and I did this and it hasn’t made any difference).
