My Cloud connection when port forwarding is established

Hi, I have problem connecting to my Cloud via app on android phone or web portal (https://idp.mycloud.com/).
Problem consist only when I am on WAN connection.
Problem consist only when I have Port forwarding connection established.

So no problem on LAN and no problem on WAN when I have relay connection.

I am always able to connect cloud dashboard through WAN IP and port 9080 and 9443.

I tried to get notification email from Mycloud and I got it.
Network profile;status=Internet access.

What seems to be the problem to not get access to my cloud when Port forwarding connection is established.

I have PR2100.

Any help would be appreciated.
