I bought My Cloud this afternoon and am trying to config it.
In the USER PROFILE of USERS tab, the email of a user is missing suddenly.
When I type the original or a new e-mail address for the User, it shows the error message below.
- This email account cannot be deleted. Make sure your device is registered
and your network connection is functioning properly, and then try again. (250010)
Now I cannot access to My Cloud through Internet for this user.
The network connection is fine and I can access to Interent.
Could you person help me please?
