My Cloud cannot be accessed through Internet with missing email address

Hi,

I bought My Cloud this afternoon and am trying to config it.

In the USER PROFILE of USERS tab, the email of a user is missing suddenly. 

When I type the original or a new e-mail address for the User, it shows the error message below.

  • This email account cannot be deleted. Make sure your device is registered
    and your network connection is functioning properly, and then try again. (250010)

Now I cannot access to My Cloud through Internet for this user.

The network connection is fine and I can access to Interent.

Could you person help me please?

did you try to remove/enable the remote access of this user and generate a new registration email?

Thanks. Tried but in vain.

Finally, I restored the factory setting. 

By the way, how do I set the access right for each user accessing to different folders?
