My cloud button is red

Dear community
I just moved to another appartement and I cannot connect my devise. I just plug the device and the button is pulsing blue for about 3 minutes then turns red.
I don’t know if I need to connect another cable except the battery one. I remember it was using wifi in my previous location.

If it is a gen2 then a red can indicate no network connection to the router.

An Ethernet cable…

Plug one end into the network port on the back of the My Cloud, the other end into one of the networking ports on the router.

And if you haven’t done so already you may want to read through the My Cloud User Manual (https://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=904) which explains how to setup the My Cloud and use its various features.

Not possible. There’s no WiFi capability in any of WD’s My Cloud products.
