My Cloud Bootloop “Power was lost to the system”

While transferring files to my cloud; 2.30.98; iOS 12/Android 6/Windows 10 my device rebooted and got stuck in a bootloop with a message “Power was lost to the system. Performing consistency check”

24 hrs with no luck. Currently have a support ticket in, but nothing I’ve found has been a)possible, or b)successful

Anyone who’s experienced this know a fix?
