My Cloud backup folder

Hello,

Is there any reason why i can’t change the folder to save automatically pictures/videos ?
It’s always /Public/android account name
I am using 4.4.6 version with android 4.4.4

Another thing: i have deleted default folder public on the web interface of my cloud and no problem occured. Then when i installed My cloud on android phone it created the /Public folder. Now when i try to delete that folder, the system tell me that’s it’s impossible to delete a public folder. I find no option to change that.
Any idea ?

Hello,

The public folder is the main destination for the mobile apps and other apps as well and that’s the reason why it should not allow you to remove that folder/share.

Someone submitted an idea to give users permissions to change the settings on that share. Look for it on the ideas board and vote for it clicking on the like button to see if that can be implemented of a future update.
