Can someone tell me how to look into the Smartware folder in the My Cloud app. Now only find the Public folder

WD disabled the option to access the Smartware and Timeshare folders from the WD My Cloud Android app. If you click on the information “i” icon to the right of the My Cloud device name you’ll see the following screen.
