My cloud android - error 403

Hi everybody

Product: MyCloudEx2Ultra

I’d like to access its contents remotely when not connected to the local net with my Android Smartphone. After retrieving an access code from the cloud manager, I still receive error 403.

The router is correctly configured (ports 80 and 443 are open) and I manage to access the contents of the NAS with another Android Smartphone, unfortunately not mine, so it seems that the problem is not in the user configuration but in the smartphone.

Both MyCloud apps are version 4.4.6
Working Smartphone
Android Version: 4.3 Kernel version 3.0.32-2735602
Not working Smartphone:
Android Version: 5.0 Kernel version 3.10.20-x86_64_moor-265437-g6ab076a

Did someone had the same trouble with Android Version 5.0?
What else can I do to debug/fix the problem?

Hello,

Are you using the cell phone data services or connected to a WIFI connection?

Error 403 comes with the cellphone data services, while connected via WIFI it works fine.
