My Cloud android app ignore recycle bin purpose

I have enabled recycle bin on my public share to avoid accidental delete.

When delete using android apps, its only show delete permanently. What is the purpose of recycle bin feature if mobile apps delete it permanently?

How to delete not permanently using my cloud android apps?
