I’m really hoping someone can help me… I’m on a MAC and I cannot get My Cloud to be visible to add as a scratch disk in Photoshop (when click Alt + Command when launching). With my “other” external drives I have had to format them but wouldn’t even know where to start to do that here. Suggestions please I don’t know what to do.
I found the forum post below discussing a similar issue. If the drive needs to be formatted in a specific file system network drives like my cloud may not work as you cannot format them in HSF+ for example. there also may be some limitations with network drives in general as they may not be able to be used as a scratch disk.
