My Cloud and Ios Explorer

Hello,
I had the first MyCloud that worked fine with Cloud-OS3. I had to purchase MyCloudEX2Ultra to allow operating well with cloud-OS5.
I encounter a problem when I use the ipadOS/Ios explorer. I get an error message « contain unavaible - impossible to display file contain because connexion delay to server expire ». System seems to consider that connexion time is too long while in fact there is no connexion time at all.
The first MyCloud worked fine with the ios explorer…
Does anyone know how I can establish the link back and a access my contain directly through explorer?
