My Cloud - All files not displaying on USB drive

Hi everybody,

Wondering if anyone has experienced this issue…

I have an external WD My Passport connected to the My Cloud 3tb device.

When viewing both via My Cloud web, the USB hard drive only seems to display a portion of files in a lot of folders. For example, the music folder only displays artist up to letter ‘L’. The movies only display up to letter ‘N’. It’s a little (lot) frustrating as I want to copy the files this way to the My Cloud device.

Any ideas?

Sometimes, this issue may be due to the larger data and My Cloud busy indexing and scanning all the content. You should do a power cycle of device, i.e. Shut down the device, eject out the all cables and reconnect cables & restart device to check for the USB data in My Cloud device.
