I have an EX2Ultra 8tb raid NAS. Static IP

Everything worked fine until last Friday
FTP access in internal network
My cloud admin browser screen
File and folder access on local network
Cloud os app in IPad

Then I moved to gigaclear ( with cgnat)

Now I can no longer use the mycloud os5 app from my iPad. It says device offline.

When I go into the local dashboard it now says no internet access. I don’t know what has triggered this fail?

My suspicion is that it’s linked with gigaclear and CGNAT?

I haven’t yet tried to reinstall the iPad

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Found it, Info for future -

My old router/broadband had a router address of 192.168.1.254. The new one is 192.168.1.1. Because the NAS had been setup with a static ip on the old router, it also had the .254 gateway address. To change it wasn’t intuitive, you have to click the already highlighted static button, then update the gateway and dns address to .1
