MY Cloud 4TB DNLA Server playback issue on a Panasonic Plasma ZT65

I cant seem to get the My Cloud drive to consistently show up on my Panasonic TV. This morning I cant get it to show at all on the TV for streaming. 

I have media streaming on and I see the Panasonic listed as a media player.

What am I doing wrong!!!

Is the TV the only device having issues seen the My Cloud media server?

What firmware version do you currently have?

Try testing with other DLNA devices to see if the media server has issues.
