My Cloud 2T

Had the mycloud  for 6 months and it has been fantastic.

Today I could not find it on my network so I unplugged it and tried another network cable.

Everything is now fine and back to normal. However, there is NO light on the front panel even though it is functioning fine now.

Network lights flashing… device working… but no light on the front.

Any ideas?

It could be a led light failure. 

Have you tried resetting the drive using the physical reset button or a system only restore through the dashboard?

Check the Dashboard, Settings>General>Energy Saver and make sure LED is ON.
