My Cloud 10TB - Disk1 Failure upon delivery?

I have just taken delivery of a My Cloud 10TB Re-certified, but open setting it up, Disk1 is showing as failed, and only has 5TB of storage. RAID is degraded due to the drive. Anything I can do to fix this? Or is it a wait until support open in the morning again.

I’ve managed to fix it by doing a manual raid configuration, and then changing the raid type. both drives are now reading as healthy.
