My Business Partner can't see her migrated files - or any files even though she can access the drive

I just installed a My Cloud Home, 4TB model and when I log in I can see the files just fine in my windows 10 file menu (we migrated everything from an older WD cloud drive). I can log in and see the files from my public folder and everything is there. My partner can log in and see the drive on her windows 10 files list, but she can’t see any files on the drive. I invited (share) her to the drive, but that did nothing. How can I give her full access to the drive files and folders? I’ve been struggling with this and I just can’t figure it out.
