I wanted to know whether anyone has recently noticed that any type of files that you drag and paste to the desktop / laptop gets immediately converted to a ZIP file, which was not the case earlier. I had escalated the mentioned to WD and they had a bland message " This is how the cloud works!"

Any suggestions or answers?
