I have 2x1TB world book edition II. I can access the shares without any problems, but neither the web interface is opening nor can I connect to the ssh port. I have also reset the storage by holding the reset button for a few seconds. The network configuration got reset as it has changed from fixed ip to dhcp, but I still cannot access the web ui or ssh port. Only shared folder access is working.
Hello apaliwal, have you tried using another web browser, or if possible tried to access from another PC on your network?
I have tried from multiple machines. I have even tried a telnet to port 80, 443 and 22 and I get the below error on telnet
Could not open connection to the host, on port 80: Connect failed
Could not open connection to the host, on port 443: Connect failed
Could not open connection to the host, on port 22: Connect failed
