Hi all, I have a My Book World (2 TB mirrored) and I haven’t used it for a couple of years but would like to get my photos off of it. When I tried to download the software it says that it is incompatible with Windows 10. Does anyone know how I can get my content from the hard drive? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
If anyone had the same issue, try downloading WD Link: https://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=118&lang=en (in the downloads section). I was able to map the drives using this app.
